What is the appointment cancellation policy?
To cancel your class appointment, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance. If you cannot cancel online, you may text or call 646-498-2520. Please note that failure to cancel without prior notice will result in a $75 charge applied to the card on file.
What should I do if I anticipate being late for my appointment?
If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are always recommended to ensure availability.
